  • Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives
  • Execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum conversion
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate marketing channel performance (Paid Traffic, Organic Traffic)
  • Identify key factors to retain customers, increase return rate of visitors/users, increase current customer spending/leads
  • Manage funnel to funnel conversion rate to ensure a consumer has a smooth consumer journey 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the product team, UI/UX team, and Business Development on the implementation of marketing efforts


  • Have 2 – 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing
  • Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheet), and Google Analytics
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
