- Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives
- Execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum conversion
- Regularly monitor and evaluate marketing channel performance (Paid Traffic, Organic Traffic)
- Identify key factors to retain customers, increase return rate of visitors/users, increase current customer spending/leads
- Manage funnel to funnel conversion rate to ensure a consumer has a smooth consumer journey
- Coordinate and collaborate with the product team, UI/UX team, and Business Development on the implementation of marketing efforts
Persyaratan
- Have 2 – 3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, or Product Marketing
- Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
- Proficiency in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheet), and Google Analytics
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
