An alumnus of the Faculty of Computer Science of Universitas Indonesia, Natali Ardianto, created the first online drugstore application that provides various genuine medicines at an affordable price in Indonesia. This online drugstore is called Lifepack.id, and it is a service developed by PT. Indopasifik Teknologi Medika Indonesia and was founded by Natali Ardianto in 2019.

Lifepack.id is present to fulfill the needs of a fast, complete, and trust-worthy drugstore service. In its development process, Lifepack keeps on offering drugstore service innovations to its users.  

According to a survey conducted by DBS Bank in October 2020 on 545 respondents, 72% of the respondents plan on decreasing their activities outside of the home after the pandemic ends. 25% of the respondents will still go out in the same intensity as they did before the pandemic. Meanwhile, only 3% choose to increase the intensity of their outdoor activities after the pandemic.

Lifepack provides various health services, such as prescription, free consultation with a general practitioner, affordable consultation with specialists, special medical kit for chronic illness sufferers. Currently, Lifepack has reached nationwide users with its hassle-free drug delivery to the patient’s location.
