• Mobility Periods:

  • Motivation letter (max 1 page)
  • Proposal of mobility activities:
    • Master: study plan + courses linked to the thesis topic.
    • PhD: study plan + courses
  • Research plan with objectives, methods, timeline, and expected outputs.
  • Transcript of records (Master) and/or doctoral progress confirmation (PhD), if available
  • Supervisor endorsement:
    • Master: supervisor or department coordinator
    • PhD: supervisor
  • Proof of English skills
