Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia (Fasilkom UI) cooperation agreement with PT Grab Technology Indonesia (Grab Indonesia) in the field of digitization, renewal of arrangement of canteen facilities. The signing of the collaboration agreement for digitizing the Grab Indonesia canteen and Fasilkom UI took place at the Indro Suwandi Auditorium, 2nd Floor Fasilkom UI Depok New Building on Friday (09/12/2022). Grab Indonesia represented by Iki Sari Dewi as Director of Business for Jabodetabek Grab Indonesia; Kertapradana (Director of Partnerships and Business Development Grab Indonesia); and Hanief Meinanda (Director of Territory Strategy and Customer Experience Grab Indonesia) always supported the signing of the canteen digitization collaboration at Fasilkom UI.
Dean of Fasilkom UI, Dr. Ir. Petrus Mursanto, M.Sc. said innovation in higher education needs to be accompanied by collaboration with industry. “The collaboration between Fasilkom UI and Grab Indonesia is a concrete step for Fasilkom UI in establishing cooperation with industry partners,” said Dean Mursanto.
Grab Indonesia continues to develop services while at the same time encouraging digitalization to all corners in Indonesia. Country Managing Director Grab Indonesia, Neneng Goenadi explained that demand will remain focused on the business of transportation services, food delivery, courier services and financing under the application.
As the organizer of higher education, Fasilkom UI also has a mission to organize tridharma activities that are of high quality and relevant to national and global challenges. The purpose of digitization offered by Grab Indonesia to Fasilkom UI is a great opportunity so that it should make a real contribution as proof of dedication to canteen partners at Fasilkom UI.
Some of the things that will be carried out through digitalization cooperation are renovation of canteen facilities (facility branding) and the use of OVO payment instruments as a means of payment for transactions in the Fasilkom UI canteen environment. The signing event was also attended by a number of Fasilkom UI management representatives, including Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Mr. Ari Saptawijaya, S.Kom., M.Sc., Ph.D; Manager of Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, Dipta Tanaya, S.Kom., M.Kom; Manager of Education & Research Collaboration, Dr.Eng. Laksmita Rahadianti, S.Kom., M.Sc; and Manager of Procurement, Management and Maintenance of Facilities, Hafied Nur Siddiqi, S.E., M.T.I.
The moment of signing was also attended by the Deputy Deans for Resources, Ventures and General Administration, representatives of the coordinators from each faculty at UI and Representatives of UI Collaboration Leaders namely, Dr. Taufik Asmiyanto, S.S., M.Sc.; Dr. Tito Latif Indra, S.Si, M.Si; Dr. Milla Sepliana Setyowati, S.Sos., M.Ak; Mr. Adi Putranto, S.E; and Andri Syahreza, MH as Head of Sub Directorate of Business Cooperation, Directorate of UI Cooperation Leadership.
