- IT Field Graduates (GPA Min 3.00)
- Minimum 2 years of IT work experience
- Understand the concept of ITIL, SOP IT, ITSM, Risk Management, Cobit

- Willing to have a 6 month work contract as an orientation period (before the appointment of permanent employees)
