Daya Dimensi Global (DDG) an HR Path company is looking for new talents to join our team as SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Services (AMS) Consultant.
What is DDG AMS Services
DDG AMS Services provides supports to Customer after SAP SuccessFactors implementation (post go-live support). The scope of services include management of support escalation from Customer from issue raised until resolution which covers any customer inquiries, issue/problem, data, service request and change request related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Work you’ll do
1. The AMS Consultant is responsible for handling all tickets raised in DDG Services Ticketing Application by Customers globally.
2. Provide high quality services to customers, ensuring strong customer satisfaction through effective communication of the solutions / approaches within the turnaround time as per Customers’ Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Qualifications
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical background
2. Computer Literate with proficiency in MS Office
3. Strong Customer Service Orientation
4. High Level of Interpersonal Skills
5. Good and effective Communication Skills
6. Professional Working Proficiency in English language for oral and written
7. Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
8. Time Management Skills
Preferred:
1. Basic knowledge in Human Capital Management
2. Certification in any SuccessFactors module is preferred
