PT. Qazwa Mitra Hasanah (Qazwa.id) is a peer-to-peer lending platform which aims to empower Indonesia’s SMEs through sharia-based financing as well as providing an Islamic financial product to the investors. Qazwa.id is looking for Front-End Developer and Back-End Developer with requirements and responsibilities as below:
Front-End Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in computer science or other related field
• Have experience as Front-End Developer minimum 1-2 years
• Understand key design principles
• Master in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understand server-side CSS
• Experience with design graphics such as Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with adaptive and responsive design
• Master in SEO principle
• Able to work in dynamic team
Back-End Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in computer science, computer programming, or other related field
• Have experience as Back-End Developer minimum 1-2 years
• Understand various programming language such as Java, PHP, or Phyton and operation system
• Strong comprehension on web development cycle, programming technics, and programming tools
• Focus on eficiency, user experience, and process improvement
• Able to work in dynamic team
Front-End Responsibilities:
• Determine the structure and design for web pages
• Ensure with user experience to determine design choices
• Develop features to increase user experience
• Make a balance between function and aesthetic designs
• Ensure website design is optimized for smartphone
• Optimized web pages in maximum speed and scalability
• Maintain brand consistency through design
Back-End Responsibilities:
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems, and able to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with front-end developer and other team members to create goals and fungtional design, also cohesive codes to improve user ecperience
• Develop ideas for programs, products, or new features by monitoring the industry and latest trends
