Universitas Indonesia (UI) – Technische Universität (TU) Darmstadt

Overview

Universitas Indonesia (UI) in collaboration with Technische Universität (TU) Darmstadt in Germany offers Double Degree Master Program in the field of “Computer Science and Distributed Software Systems”. This program is arranged by Faculty of Computer Science at UI and Department of Computer Science at TU Darmstadt, and regulated under Official Letter of Agreement No. 10/AOI/R/UI/2018. This program is reciprocally designed by acknowledging the education quality of both universities. All credits earned at the home university shall be transferred and approved by the partner university, and vice versa, under the mechanism of Block Transfer. Once this program is completed, students will receive two degrees from both universities: Master of Computer Science from UI and Master of Science in Distributed Software Systems from TU Darmstadt. This program is open for everyone who will apply and start master’s study at UI or TU Darmstadt.

Scheme

The length of study for this program is two years: one year at home university and another one year at partner university. Students can choose to start the first one-year of their studies either at UI or TU Darmstadt by following the general procedures set by each university for the master program.
