Holding a role as one of higher institutions in Indonesia, always improving quality of education has been one aspect that Faculty of Computer Science UI focuses on. Extending and opening road to opportunity to its students to learn from as many experts as a strategy that is undertaken by Faculty of Computer Science UI.
On 26 September 2018, Faculty of Computer Science UI agreed to tie a collaboration with TU Darmstadt, Germany for a new Master Double Degree Program in the Faculty of Computer Science UI, with representative from TU Darmstadt, Germany Radu Muschevici, Ph.D. In the collaboration, candidate students are eligible to take Double Degree Program with a plan of a year study in the Faculty of Science UI and complete the second year in the TU Darmstadt, Germany, or the other way around.
The program has been launched and opened for the Faculty of Computer Science Master’s Degree (Master of Computer Science/ MIK) and Master of Science in Distributed Software Systems (DSS) TU Dardmstadt, Germany Studies. The past collaboration was with Queensland University (Australia) and RMIT University (Australia).
Having initiated the two universities collaboration, it is aimed to improve the Indonesian youths’ skill in field of technology, first and foremost their interest in distributed software system.
