Job Description:
- Serve as Digital Transformation Program Management Office, by managing project roadmap, progress tracking, issue and risk management, to achieve the outlined business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with Business Users to develop presentation material, e.g. project kickoff, project status updates, key insights or market analysis
- Perform analysis of specific problems related to any ongoing projects, from identifying root causes up to developing solution proposal
- Provide relevant supports to Digitalization Strategy & Process Excellence and IT team related to project management activities
- Design and perform change management initiatives of any digital transformation project in the Company, together with the related Business Users
Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 / Bachelor degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Computer Science background
- Fresh graduate is welcomed, but experience is consulting industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and management skills
- Team player with strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Eager to learn and adopt new technologies
