📄 Submission Information
Authors are invited to submit papers electronically via the submission system available on the conference website. All submissions must comply with the IEEE proceedings two-column format, with both LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates available on the conference website along with detailed submission instructions. Submissions are due by 15 June 2026 at 23:59 Hawaii Standard Time (HST). The normal page limit is 6 pages, including references, although papers up to 10 pages may still be accepted with an additional fee of USD 50 per page exceeding the normal page limit. Submissions must be in PDF format and should not exceed 3 MB in size. ICACSIS 2026 employs a double-blind reviewing process. At least one author of every accepted paper is required to register and present the paper at the conference.
A special registration rate below the regular fee will be available for authors from Indonesia who collaborate with international co-authors.
Proceedings of ICACSIS 2011–2022 have been included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus.
