The Stack.py team, representatives of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia (Fasilkom UI) in the 2021 Jakarta Regional International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) competition, once again made UI proud as the Best National Team. The team, consisting of Fausta Anugrah Dianparama, Hocky Yudhiono, and Pikatan Arya Bramajati, won fourth and second place for universities after National University Singapore (NUS).
Dr. Denny, a Fasilkom UI lecturer and student advisor who participated in the Jakarta 2021 Regional ICPC, said that the Stack.py Team would be given programming training by instructors from Moscow in order to prepare for the ICPC World Final 2022 in March 2023.
Previously, nine Fasilkom UI representative teams managed to qualify for the 2021 Jakarta Regional International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). Two of these teams won the 2021 Indonesia National Contest (INC) programming competition, namely the first place won by the Stack.py team, and third place by the stack.java team.
