Deadline for nominations

The nominating committee has asked me to impose a deadline on nominations
for IAB and IESG positions. All submissions should be made to the
headhunt@ietf.cnri.reston.va.us list (eg, the nominating committee) by
February 18, 6:00 PM PST. They should include:

the nominee's name, address, phone number, and e-mail handle
position being recommended
breif resume highlighting why they would be good for the job.

Ideally, nominations would in fact be self-nominations
